Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)
On Monday, March 16th, 2020 in response to the COVID-19 and the guidance regarding large events, we made the difficult decision to officially postpone The 2020 Martini Masquerade, originally scheduled for Friday, March 20th, 2020. Immediately, our key supporters stepped in to assist in rescheduling - we will forever be grateful for their genuine understanding, their flexibility, and solutions they brought to the table.
With that said, We are excited to announce that we have officially rescheduled the 2020 Martini Masquerade fundraiser for Friday, October 30th at the Sleep Inn and Suites with entertainment by Black and Whyte Dueling Pianos.
It is hard to find words that express how critical the success of this fundraiser is to our organization and the families, children, and volunteers in which we serve. Last year, the funds from this fundraiser attributed to 33% of our annual budget, making rescheduling a must for our organization to continue our mission.
To our sponsors and ticket holders, please follow this link for our rescheduling notice, with pertinent information for your review.
To others looking for ways in which they can help our organization during this difficult time, consider making a monetary donation through our website at or by mailing a check to our office at 308 2nd Ave SW, Minot, ND 58701.
You may also consider consulting with your place of business to see if they can assist in this year’s fundraiser by making a donation to our auction. Many of our big ticket items are for large events/concerts that have been cancelled or have dates that expire before our rescheduled date. In the next few months, we will be trying to find creative ways to make up these donations and ultimately dollars tied to them. Reach out, we can discuss ways to get the most out of your advertising budget, while helping to support many local children.
On behalf of our organization, thank you for your support and patience as we do all that we can to ensure the children in our community are being taken care of during this time. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
